ALIEA needs your support and it is vital!
Your financial support means that we can continue to provide Canada’s deaf community with a website that provides Ukrainian and American Sign Language and culturally sensitive film projects about outstanding personalities in Alberta’s Ukrainian Canadian community.
We rely primarily on fundraising activities and individual donations, which can be made via e-Transfer to our email: alieathankyou@gmail.com
Our Funds Include:
- Providing awards to students for research.
- Helping Ukrainian Deaf Nationals living in Alberta and Ukraine.
- Producing short films about outstanding Albertans who have made a difference.
You Can Financially Support the Alberta Local and International Education Association by:
- By becoming a member.
- Making an individual donation or a bequest.
- Attending one of our fundraising events.
- Applying for grants.
Individual Donations Can:
- Commemorate a special event in your life, such as a birthday or anniversary.
- Honour a family member’s special occasion.
- Be made in memory of your family and friends.
- Be designated to ALIEA through a workplace charitable program
- An acknowledgment letter will be sent to your family and friends informing them of your donation.
ALIEA is an Alberta-registered society. All donations are gratefully accepted.
